The following sample is from a group videos that were created to give
physical education instructors examples of routines and moves to incorporate
into their curriculum. The instructor who initialed this project, Dr.
Debby Mitchell, felt that having these videos available online would
allow the widest access to instructors wanting to visually grasp the
level of difficulty these routines would involve.
