Video Convergence Team
Course Development and Web Services Video Convergence team strives to
develop training, services and media components that benefit anyone
involved in educational endeavors. We begin by sharing our knowledge
and research with the faculty and staff at UCF, empowering them to create
educationally sound components for their online courses, face-to-face
courses or whatever their specific needs may be. We are alsocontinually
forgoing new strategic partnerships with the Central Florida community,
not only to help us do our jobs better, but to help everyone take advantage
of the most effective technologies to distribute knowledge.
One of our goals is to become recognized leaders in the delivery of educational content via video. We're able to bring that goal closer to a reality by pulling on our resources, talent and other teams here at Course Development and Web Services. Video training is developed in tandem with the Video Convergence Team, Instructional Designers and Professional Development teams to ensure the most effective learning experience. The Web Strategy team provides us with a wealth of knowledge with their expertise in usability and Web site media integration. The CDWS Digital Media team provides us with a wealth of layout and design techniques that help all of our visual communications become clearer. And working with the New Media team we integrate video into innovative interactive presentations.
